Shipping Time：

• Processing Time: Non-customized products normally take 3–5 business days to process and prepare. Customized products require approximately one week to prepare before dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days, Express shipping takes 5-9 business days. 

Note: Citovel promises we will ship your parcel ASAP, but shipping may caused delay due to the force majeure ( local custom delay, holiday, invalid address, severe weather, epidemic diseases, etc.). Your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated.

Notice:

• Please noted that your cooperation may be needed for customs clearance in some regions, including potential tax payments. If a parcel is returned/destroyed due to deliberately non-cooperation, the buyer is 50% liable.
• We will do our best to support your request, but confirmed orders can not be changed or cancelled after being processed or during shipment.
• Shipping time is estimated from the shipping date rather than the order date.
